The products provided by Visual Research are produced to enhance and modify non-copyrighted materials. This means materials in which you own the copyright or you have the right to modify and or reproduce.

The use of visual research products is subject to the Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

„Assets“ mean the media (e.g. image files, video files, templates, project files, data files, etc.) available through the visual research website. This includes any related materials, modifications and updates, if any provided from visual research to you the licensee.

„End Product“ means a work which is created by you using the assets provided by visual research obeying the license granted with the purchase. This could be games, presentations, online videos, corporate videos, films, television shows and advertisements.

The License is granted to You only. This includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the assets. Usage is limited to the incorporation into an End Product which is created by you. The license includes the right to distribute, display or otherwise embody the Content in multiple End Products without further payment to us. Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to You hereunder. Moreover the license is valid worldwide and perpetual. This User License for use of the Digital Content is registered to You and may only be used by You. The Digital Content may only be downloaded onto 2 computers or mobile devices at any one time. Visual Research retains all rights, title and interest in and to the assets and any derivatives or modifications thereof, in whole or in part. Any unauthorized reproduction or other use of the Content may infringe our or third parties’ copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other rights.

Visual Research products may not be transferred to any third parties through networked computers without written permission from Lens Distortions. It is not permitted to sell, redistribute, incorporate in a separate product, or give the Digital Content to anyone. You may not sell or incorporate the work for distribution on stock footage websites with things like elements, projects files, template, layers, etc. This includes the use, transfer or otherwise distribution of the Content in any way that allows a third party to use, download, extract or access the Content as a stand-alone file, either alone or bundled with other content, regardless of any modification you make to the Content. The assets provided by Visual Research to You, are the exclusive property of Visual Research even after delivery of the same to You

It is not allowed to use Visual research products in any way or for any purpose that would violate, or would have the effect of violating, any applicable laws, rules or regulations or any rights of any third-parties, including without limitation, any law or right regarding any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, telemarketing, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy, rights of celebrity, or other federal or state law, rule, or regulation.

If information on our site or in the Service contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. You are responsible for obtaining the supporting software and hardware necessary to utilize the Digital Content (for example, Adobe After Effects). Visual Research shall have no obligation to provide supporting software necessary to operate the assets.

Prices for the visual research products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Visual Research is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss of profits, data, information or reputational harm and any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, regardless of cause.

Visual Research does not guarantee refunds for lack of usage or dissatisfaction.
